Center Police department has hosted 4 drag race events.

The first 4 drag race events were a success, both resulting in a bigger turn out than we could have hoped for. Center Police Department has received a few sponsors for this event in the last year (Saguache County, First Response K9, 12K9, L&M Auto Sales, RMDB, ACE Towing, High Torque LLC., BPOE, etc.)

We are interested in bringing in more sponsors in hopes for an even bigger turn out. We would also like to bring in more vendors, racers, and would also love to build on the audience for this event to make it an even better experience.

Center Police department is huge on Community Policing, and we couldn’t think of a better way to bring not only our community together but our surrounding communities, and agencies as well, with this very event.

Any businesses that are interested in Co-Sponsoring this event, we ask for a minimum of a $200 contribution. We encourage a bigger contribution from any sponsors who want to be more involved with the as well as give a bigger shout out by sponsoring specific cars or a specific part of the event.
